Our Honey

Welcome to Cambridgeshire Honey Company, where time-honoured tradition meets the rhythms of nature in every jar of pure honey.

Nestled in the heart of Cambridgeshire, our apiary overlooks the stunning Fens with its 'big horizon', 'sense of place' and 'all sky and geometry'. Our honeybees forage among the natural landscape on wildflowers, hedgerows and trees to create our pure, delicious golden honey.

Hive to Home

What began as a deep fascination and passion for beekeeping has blossomed into a commitment to craft the finest locally-sourced honey with integrity and care. Winning a number of awards for our honey was a further catalyst.

We believe real honey should be raw, pure, and rooted in place. Every jar tells the story of our honeybees, our landscape and our dedication to quality.

Nature’s Sweet Gift

Grab a jar of nature’s sweetest gift. Imagine a golden drop of sunshine, harvested straight from the heart of Cambridgeshire. Our honey is not just sweet - it is a story of purity, care and tradition.

Whether you are drizzling over cereal, spreading on warm toast, stirring into your latte, or enjoying straight from the jar, every spoonful of our honey offers a simple, wholesome pleasure that connects you to the land and our honeybees that made it. You will be experiencing the very best of what our landscape has to offer.

Pure, Natural

Every drop of our raw honey is 100% pure and is sourced directly from our own hives. Nothing is added and nothing is taken away - no additives, no heat treatment, nothing.

Our honey simply passes through a combined coarse / fine filter under its own gravity, not under pressure, to remove any bits of wax, maybe the odd bee leg. What remains is honey in its truest, most authentic form.

Unlike processed honey, our honey preserves all the natural enzymes, antioxidants and nutrients that make honey a true superfood.

We take pride in every jar we produce. Our honey is never blended or processed - just pure Cambridgeshire goodness, exactly as nature intended. Taste the difference. Taste the purity.

We Care

We actively pursue sustainable beekeeping practices that respect our honeybees and strive to promote their health and well-being to ensure we have healthy colonies.

Varroa is an external parasite that can seriously weaken and can sometimes cause a colony to die off. We treat our hives after the main summer honey harvest and again in the low brood period during the winter using only approved varroa treatments.

We do not feed our honeybees with syrup / sugar water during the winter months to ensure our honey does not become tainted and remains pure.

Our Partners

We supply our honey to a number of selected Cambridgeshire-based companies.
