Our award winning single origin Pure Cambridgeshire Honey is cold (at room temperature) infused with organic chilli to create a wonderful hot honey that is deliciously sweet, but has a gentle, warming heat. Sweet with a kick!

Cold infusion ensures the natural goodness of our pure Cambridgeshire honey is retained and not damaged by excessive heat.

From our apiary

Our bees work tirelessly during the summer months, visiting a wide ranging variety of Fenland flora - flowers and trees - to create this exceptional multi-floral honey. Each jar is a true taste of the local Fenland landscape and summer's abundance, with an added spicy kicker!

The organic chilli flakes we use to infuse our honey are produced in an environment that may contain traces of: MUSTARD, SOYA, SESAME, PEANUTS, CELERY, GLUTEN, and TREE NUTS.

Not suitable for infants under 12 months old.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Natural crystallisation may occur over time - this is a sign of pure, quality honey! Simply warm the jar gently in water to return it to liquid form.
