We take great care in packing our glass jars and delicate wax products. If your order arrives damaged (e.g. broken glass, leaking honey, damaged beeswax candle):
-
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
-
Include a photo of the damage and the packaging.
-
We will offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
6. Note on Honey Crystallisation:
Please be aware that pure/raw honey may crystallise over time. This is a natural process and not a product fault. Crystallised honey can be liquefied by gently warming the jar in a bowl of warm water.
