Our award winning single origin Pure Cambridgeshire Honey is gently infused with organic chilli flakes to create a wonderful hot honey that is deliciously sweet, but has a gentle, warming heat. Sweet with a kick!

What makes it special?

From our apiary

Our bees work tirelessly during the summer months, visiting a wide ranging variety of Fenland flora - flowers and trees - to create this exceptional multi-floral honey. Each jar is a true taste of the local Fenland landscape and summer's abundance, with an added spicy kicker!

The organic chilli flakes we use to infuse our honey are produced in an environment that may contain traces of: MUSTARD, SOYA, SESAME, PEANUTS, CELERY, GLUTEN, and TREE NUTS.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Natural crystallisation may occur over time - this is a sign of pure, quality honey! Simply warm the jar gently in water to return it to liquid form.
