From Our Apiary

Our bees work tirelessly during the spring months, visiting a wide variety of Fenland flora to create this award winning soft-set honey. Infused in small batches with lemon, each jar offers a bright, invigorating taste of the Fenland landscape, together with a citrus tang!

The freeze dried lemon juice we use to infuse our honey is produced in an environment that may contain traces of: MUSTARD, SOYA, SESAME, PEANUTS, CELERY, GLUTEN, and TREE NUTS.

Not suitable for infants under 12 months old.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Natural crystallisation may occur over time - this is a hallmark of pure honey! Simply place the jar gently in warm water to return it to its smooth liquid state.
