Experience the luxurious texture of our award winning single origin Pure Cambridgeshire Soft-Set Honey. A delicious smooth, spreadable spring 'creamed' honey with a creamy, silky texture and a beautiful opaque pale yellow colour.

What makes it special?

• Pure: 100% raw honey, not processed, never blended or heat-treated
• Spring honey: Crafted from spring nectar, including willow, sycamore, fruit trees, oilseed rape, blackthorn and dandelions among others
• High glucose: Spring honey, particularly from oilseed rape, has a high glucose content. If left alone it would set super hard in the jar! So we 'cream' it.
• 'Creaming': Careful alternating stirring and resting over a period of 3 days to create a silky, creamy smooth texture

From our apiary

Our bees forage across the stunning Cambridgeshire Fenland landscape, gathering nectar from a diverse range of spring flora to create this lovely soft-set honey.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Natural crystallisation may occur over time – this is a sign of pure, quality honey! Simply warm the jar gently in water to return it to liquid form.
